Ethan and Rob at 5 Star did so much above and beyond for me to get this vehicle. Walking in I honestly didn’t think there was any way of getting anything more than a beater with a heater and instead walked out that night with approval for a vehicle that not only so far exceeded what I thought I could get but they made sure that I had something that I could afford and with a warranty that gives me the peace of mind that if I have any problems I won’t be left high sand dry. I would not just highly recommend these guys but insist that anyone looking to get into a vehicle no matter what situation they are in go straight to them. I know like me they will take care of them just as well.

This may be long I thought my car search was over i was taking a uber home ready to quit and this uber driver told me about a guy named JEFF who helped her out so i thought no stone unturned i went up there and he helped me out and then some i had my permit he was able to get me in a vehicle for a good monthly price if you want some one to go that extra mile and get you driving go to JEFF SN: the finance dept gave me tips and is also helping me build up my credit they treated me like family they are not just in it for the money they do it for the stories and memories so if you have been denied other place chose 5star auto st.charles for a fresh start

I had a great experience at Five Star Auto Plaza. I was helped by Rich, and he was honestly one of the best people I could’ve worked with. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me out. I didn’t even think I’d be able to get a car that same day, but Rich made it happen. He worked with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole process went smoothly. I never felt judged or treated differently — just straight respect the whole time. If you’re thinking about going here, ask for Rich. He’ll take care of you for real.

Marquise was awesome, He took the time over the phone to process everything and check everything out before we even came that way we would not waste time or money considering we are using uber. He went above and beyond he made sure he gave my girl the best insurance policy, and the best car that fit her and her budget.he had a wonderful attitude all out a wonderful car representative! I just want to start off by saying this is an amazing team of people who truly wanted the best for me and wanted to help elevate my finances. It is very rare to come across people who want more from their customers than just money! Special shout out Marquis as he is personable humble man that is very professional ! Marquise started my experience of purchasing my Ford Edge, a very comfortable experience he was straight forward with a purpose not ever was he pushy or made you feel any particular negative way, I was on a tight time frame and he was able to take the information that I gave me and he put it to use with Dominic getting me approved, the next day marquise was off and the kind lady , Robin who had heard me and marquise talking business stepped right in and helped her co worker establish the same great no pressure customer service like a Boss Bad Ass, and then the boss Dominic he was as good as Marquise and Robin. They work as a team and made my purchase that much more enjoyable I give them 5 star review at Five star Auto at Page and Warson don't ever hesitate for the nicer newer car with a credit score around 550 and a small down payment they sealed the deal on my new ride shout out to the team at Five Star Auto
