My experience was exactly the way I would like big sales loss to be. We immediately sat down and got right to the credit application to see where I stood then it went to application department then they had several cars that I could realistically start rebuilding my car buying credit. Very little down on the lease, sales taxes and plates were included in my bi weekly payments. So I don't have to worry about having a lump sum to get in the road. The final perc to the lease is I can trade up every 18 months. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Sseri and team 5 start!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought my car from Five Star Auto Plaza on Wednesday, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Robin! The whole process was fairly smooth, especially considering how busy they were that day. The phones were ringing, customers needed help, and Ms. Robin was answering calls, helping me, and basically keeping the whole place running! I’m not going to lie—at first she came across a little cold, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. 😂 But once we got going, I quickly realized that Ms. Robin GETS IT DONE! She knows her job, handles business, and makes sure you’re taken care of. By the time everything was said and done, we were in there singing our 2000s songs, laughing, and having a genuinely good time. 😂🎶 What really stood out to me was that she even called me afterward to follow up and make sure everything was going well. That meant a lot because customer service shouldn’t stop the second you drive off the lot. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will DEFINITELY be recommending people to Five Star Auto Plaza.
