My husband and I had a unique situation and when we called and spoke with Ethan, he was patient and honest with his answers to our questions. When we got to the dealership both Ethan and Rich worked with us on finding the right solution to our situation. They found us the right type of, vehicle, financing and the payments we needed at the time without locking us into another loan on a used vehicle that we would have been upside down in from the start. Ethan and Rich were both very patient and listened to our needs and worked with the rest of the team to get us into a more practical and affordable vehicle and understood our uncertainties as we were navigating our situation with caution and unsure if what we thought we were doing was the right thing for us at the time. It wasn't just about making that sale with us, it was about helping us in a time that was very uncertain and creating a relationship based off honesty and integrity because in the end that was more important than making another sale to them. Rich was very very very very very transparent with the entire process. No hidden fees. Literally what I am going to expect before and after purchasing/leasing/financing the vehicle. If you have terrible credit. Rich will work with you and try his very best to get you into a vehicle.
