5 Star Auto Plaza - St. Louis

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought my car from Five Star Auto Plaza on Wednesday, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Robin! The whole process was fairly smooth, especially considering how busy they were that day. The phones were ringing, customers needed help, and Ms. Robin was answering calls, helping me, and basically keeping the whole place running! I’m not going to lie—at first she came across a little cold, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. 😂 But once we got going, I quickly realized that Ms. Robin GETS IT DONE! She knows her job, handles business, and makes sure you’re taken care of. By the time everything was said and done, we were in there singing our 2000s songs, laughing, and having a genuinely good time. 😂🎶 What really stood out to me was that she even called me afterward to follow up and make sure everything was going well. That meant a lot because customer service shouldn’t stop the second you drive off the lot. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will DEFINITELY be recommending people to Five Star Auto Plaza. When you go, ask for Ms. Robin and tell her I sent you! She might be all business at first, but trust me—she’s going to get you together! 😂❤️🚗 10/10 experience. Thank you, Ms. Robin!
