I was really in a pickle! My Mercedes gls 450 was totaled by an elderly lady. I purchased the Mercedes from 5 star over 2 years ago. After the accident, i was left with no car. Robert was the most amazing salesman - don’t know how lucky I was to have him. For financing, he explained the options and helped me select what was best for me. Normally you walk into a dealership and they try to get you to buy what they want you to buy. Not, Rob - I showed him the picture of the cat I wanted and that’s what I got. He took what I wanted, not what they would make the most money on. Rob was so personable, always smiling and good natured, and definitely knew what he was doing. I truly appreciate all he did!
