COVID-19 Changes for 5 Star Auto Plaza

COVID-19 is impacting how we all live, work, and stay healthy.  I want to update you and share the steps we’re taking at 5 Star to ensure your health and safety. We want you to feel confident when you visit 5 Star Auto Plaza to make your payments or to shop for a vehicle. To our knowledge, we’ve had no confirmed cases at 5 star. In accordance with public health guidance, we’ve made some important changes to our Dealership operations to keep you and our staff safe.

COVID-19 Cleaning Regiment: We’re ramping up our cleaning regiment by disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces hourly within the building and before test drives. Even if customers are present we’ll be polite and excuse ourselves while wiping down the area in order to keep on schedule. Here are the areas we’ll be focusing on:

  • Our Building
  • All Offices
  • Restrooms
  • Vehicles before test drives

We are working hard to keep all of our team and customers protected from the COVID-19 threat. This situation is changing daily and we are monitoring reports from the CDC, WHO, and OSHA and will keep our customers updated as much as possible.

In order to protect yourself and others here is some safety advice from the World Health Organization:

  • Wash Your Hands often
  • Cough into your elbow
  • Don’t touch your face
  • Try to stay more than six (6) feet apart from other people
  • Feel sick? Stay home
