This may be long I thought my car search was over i was taking a uber home ready to quit and this uber driver told me about a guy named JEFF who helped her out so i thought no stone unturned i went up there and he helped me out and then some i had my permit he was able to get me in a vehicle for a good monthly price if you want some one to go that extra mile and get you driving go to JEFF SN: the finance dept gave me tips and is also helping me build up my credit they treated me like family they are not just in it for the money they do it for the stories and memories so if you have been denied other place chose 5star auto st.charles for a fresh start

I had a great experience at Five Star Auto Plaza. I was helped by Rich, and he was honestly one of the best people I could’ve worked with. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me out. I didn’t even think I’d be able to get a car that same day, but Rich made it happen. He worked with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole process went smoothly. I never felt judged or treated differently — just straight respect the whole time.
