Working with Rich and Robert was the best, most fun, and energetic thing I could have done. They saw my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I was going to have a car regardless of the amount of money I had available and the credit I was dealing with. 10/10 recommend, I WILL be back.

I have been down in my lucky and finances have always been rough but more so especially recently. I’ve heard the commercials on the radio plenty of times, but for some reason, it stood out to me so glaringly I made one phone call and it was more of a sporadic decision, but I went up to 5 star Auto Just to see what vehicles I could potentially anticipate getting. I was not expecting to leave with a brand new car! If it wasn’t for the most amazing staff Their desire to help me they’re willingness to do so, and the incomparable amount of support and kindness I was shown and experienced. I will never look at a dealership again the same way nor would I ever recommend any other dealership other than five star to all my family and friends! I really want to give a shout out to the BEST female in the business, Ssire Ivy!! Not only was she compassionate and sensitive to my situation, but my son was with me and he was less than cooperative, but never did. I feel like I was a burden. They reassured me constantly that I had nothing to worry about and they were absolutely right! It was the best phone call. I made the best decision I ever made going up there. I didn’t think I would be driving my own vehicle for the longest time and I could not be more happy ecstatic/overjoyed with my experience in the vehicle that this wonderful team at 5 star auto helped me to achieve!! I couldn’t believe I would drive off the lot with a car that very day! And to have options at that!Five star auto really deserves 10 stars! They are second to none! They treat you like family from the very start, far from the “other guys” in the business. Another shout out to the finance gentlemen, and everybody else that made my experience such a pleasurable one that I will never forget! I’m so excited to tell everybody I know just how amazing it was especially since past experiences at other places have been far from pleasant which almost turned me away from car buying process in general. Ssire and 5 Start Auto have changed my mentality entirely! Keep up the great work you all do! You have forever changed my life for the better. I can’t thank you enough and I’m so very grateful that we had the opportunity to meet never in my wildest dreams did I think this would be possible! They make the impossible, possible! My one recommendation is to maybe change the name to 10 star auto because you guys are more than deserving of just 5 starts! Again, I can’t thank you enough for changing my life and helping me to get back on my feet. I can’t tell you what it feels like to have the independence and the confidence, knowing that I can make it into work without having to constantly be a bother or even worry if I can make it to . Again, thank you for everything that you guys do and what you’ve done for me and my family! I am forever grateful!!!

Rich was great! The customer service second to none! Was not there long, in and out! Honestly wasn't even sure I was purchasing a car today but Rich and the 5 Star Team really made it happen. Hey thank you Rich and 5 Star for the opportunity! The jeep is great!
